Measurement accuracy
The app provides estimates of area, perimeter, and distance. Accuracy depends on GPS signal, device hardware, and how carefully a boundary is traced. The app is not a certified surveying instrument and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, boundary, or financial decisions.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and only on land you are permitted to access.
